What charge will someone get when they do these things to a car?

super-glue nickels to all the doorlocks.
Rest nails against the tires so when the driver moves the car they will puncture the tires.

Pour sugar on the ground near the gastank opening and leave the sugar bag so the driver thinks there is sugar in the tank when there really isn't.
