What changes can this person make to their lifestyle to make it healthier?

I have a science project, they gave us a lifestyle of man and we have to suggest changes that could make their lifestyle healthier and point out the long term and short term effects their lifestyle is doing to their body.
This is the lifestyle of the person.
-they smoke, 10 a day
- they drink a few cans of larger in the evening and spirits in the weekend
-they exercise once a week, one hour in the gym
- they snack on crisps and chocolate bars
- they eat potatoes with most meals usually as chips.

What could they do to make their lifestyle healthier and why??
I thought of quitting smoking, having mashed/baked potatoes instead of chips, spending more time in the gym and having less cans of larger and spirits. What else is there??
