What causes the middle of the back of your head to the right side of your neck

sharp pain? I have had this hurt pain in the back of the right side of my neck for a while. Now it seems to be getting worse when I turn my head it's a sharp pain from the middle of the back of my head to my neck. Also if I touch the back of the middle of my head just with my finger I have horrible right neck pain. It's soo sore. My whole body aches from it. I have tried everything. It's really bothering me. IT kind of feels like my brain in the back of the middle of my head is causing my neck pain like from my brain or something. I feel really dizzy when I touch the middle of the back of my head because it causes a horrible sharp pain down to my right side of my neck. I just want some answers on what it could be. I checked with dr's before just for my right neck pain and they said it's probabley just stress. but now it's worse so I just would like to know if anyone else has experienced this!!
