My bro and I always wrestle and fight sometimes like ufc. I was at the computer and he put me in a rear naked choke and not even a second later as I was tapping everything seemed to be fading away, ears ringing, very blurred vision and going to pass out. It was only a second though! Usually he can choke me and I wont feel this way and I'll be fully conscious just obviously not able to breathe. However this time in a split second my body was giving out and nearly went unconscious.
What causes someone to pass out so fast when put in a rear naked choke?
