i keep feeling this sharp pain near my heart area. sometimes it feels like it starts in back and moves to the front right under my left breast. its not worse with breathing or anything, it just comes and goes all day and only lasts for a few seconds. i've had it for a couple of days now and im starting to get concerned. someone said its from indigestion or gas but i dont think so. should i be concerned?
