I hadn't been feeling well all day, like a sharp pain on the upper left hand side of my stomach and it was a bit hard to stand straight but tolerable. It started getting worse throughout the day so i took some strong painkillers then about an hour later it really suddenly got very bad, i was throwing up and felt so warm, the sweat was soaking my shirt then after about 10 minutes it subsided to a sharp pain that came and went in the lower right hand side of my stomach.
I feel fine today, a wee bit tired and queezy but alright. Just any idea what it was?
