ARe you overweight or taking any medications? Are you always hydrated? Dehydration can cause leg cramping....excersising...sitting a certain way all of the time. Do any of these ring any bells? For the overweight comment, you don't have to be extremly overweight to experience leg cramps. If your not excersising...maybe some light stretching exersicing (cant spell today)...will alleviate some of your cramping. Look up leg stretches on the web...try it for a week or 2 and see if it works, drink alot of fluids, try sitting in different positions....Nothing usually works immediately...patience.
