what causes a vibration in a 2005 ford escape when going down the road?

did you check your tire alignment. I know mine is off in my 2008 stang and the car vibrates like there's no tomorrow. thank g-d winter is over...zr tires welcome back!!!
 
I am asking anyone if they know what causes a vibration in a 2005 ford escape v6 when going down the road i changed some stabilizer bars that were connected to the frame and the struts or shocks but could it be the u joints going bad i cannot hear a clicking noise or anything like that when i back up or go down the road but something is going on
