My husband and i have been having issues with our car for awhile now.
When we drive down the road it will jerk at times being so bad we have to pull over and not move.
Recently we bought fuel cleaner and changed the fuel filter thinking and hoping that that being the least expensive is what was wrong with it
However here we are tonight, getting in the car our only car heading to go get food for our 1 year old little boy who we just found out is allergic to milk. We get in the car start it and immediately it starts jerking. Mind you the fuel filter was just changed last week. as well as the gas was cleaned then too.
It jerks all the time sometimes we will get lucky and it doesn't jerk but just a little, But it will jerk when started, driving down the road, idle, while stopping at stop lights and etc. it will jerk at all these times and its not just a small one time jerk it jerks many times at once almost like your loosing control of the vehicle.
Any idea as to what this is? Please help. We dont have much money but its our only vehicle and need to try to figure out what it is without going and spending 1k+ to get something crazy fixed when it could be something small.
