what car stereo is good for a 98 toyota 4-runner?

i wanna update my car stereo into a newer one like with those blue and red lights i just have some few concerns since im not really into fixing things like that.(im not gonna be d one to do it though i just wanna ask =) so if the color of the lights in the stereo changes to red or blue how will the other lights have the same color like where u see ur speed or how much gas u got? do u have to do something so all the lights inside the car will have the same color? and will all kind of car stereo fits in any make of the car?i got a 98 toyota 4 runner what could be a good stereo for that one?thank you
