I'm looking at Civic ex-l (Maybe SI) and Sentra SE-r (maybe specV). I am used to auto and i wanna ask does manual get annoying? That is my concern. If so what car in that budget do u recommend?

no,
manual is fun and is better for more performance like cars like the civic si
but dont waste your money on a civic they are slow compared to other cars like:
if you want a cheap fast car look at the 09 cobalt SS or 09 nissan altima coupe v6 SE or 08,09 a Dodge caliber SRT-4

There are numerous variables to this Question:
Do you want sporty? Fined a slightly used STI, EVO. They are both manuals and I say if you want a good manual car to fall in love with. Then they are your choice.
Do you want something that will have good repairs? Honda and Nissan are one of the top for maintenance.
Do you want something that will be comfortable? Find a slightly used BMW or Mercedes. The repairs will be higher because of the taxes but you'll enjoy it more on the highway.

Manual is a lot funner than an auto and you understand your car a lot more than an auto. You will become a better driver too over time.

civic and go manual. i love manual. i don't care about the attention that must be payed in bumper to bumper traffic, you just have complete control over the vehicle, it makes me feel safer really . . . not to mention replacing a transmission is much more expensive that replacing a clutch.
