What car on Need For Speed:SHIFT should i buy next?

I have got $400,000 and have unlocked tiers 3 and 4 but i haven't played any races in these tiers. what car should i buy to compete in the tiers and win?

also i have only bought 1 car before, Nissan RX8 fully upgraded.
