S Steve Guest Jan 10, 2009 #3 S13. SR20DE is not slow and b20 engines do have good torque i think but rev pretty low. also non vtec engines kinda suck. no doubt you could make one go fast(bisimoto.com) but in stock form they are simply subpar. also, s13=rwd while prelude=fwd
