What can you judge a dance by?

I'm holding a little contest for a band, and people have to make up their own dance to two specially chosen songs by the band, with one partner. Then they need to record themselves dancing to it and send it in to us. My question is, what are we supposed to judge the videos by?
We came up with:
Talent, Originality, Creativity, and Organization.
We need six more. Help?!
