I really want to become a college professor, but I'm worried that this degree is too narrow, and I won't be able to get a job. I am really passionate about child development, but I also really want a good paying job that has benefits and flexible hours. Do you think I could get a professorship with this degree or do you think maybe I should get my degree in the more general Developmental Psychology? Also, if I can't become a professor what other jobs are there in this field? Thank you so much!
