well i went to eat with my girlfriend to a restaurant and then after we got out from there i told her that i felt dizzy and that i have a headache then she told me, well i have a little bit of headache and i want to go to a restroom after a while we both start to felt with nausea and we stop in a McDonald's and we went to the bathroom we both have diarrhea and i was feeling so sick and i had a little bit of fever we decided to go home and rest a little bit and since then we haven't stop going to the bathroom like every 30 min or less and with a headache .nausea and me vomiting once and pain in the stomach? what can we do should we contact the restaurant or go to the hospital?
