What can recruits in NAVY boot camp recieve in the mail?

I sent my fiance express mail and the package was some 3x5 pictures(like the kind from a disposable camera...with no nude pictures) and some letters. I mailed it next day delivery but he called me for the first time and he said that he didn't get the letter and that was 4 days later and it was for his christmas. Thanks ahead of time guys!!!
 
He'll get them soon. Next day mail will get your letter to the base, but it might take a while to get to his company.
