my friend (seriously) is playing alot of call of duty, and his parents are telling mim he should take a break from it before he goes in, but he argues it boost his fast thinking skills ( no doubt that games like halo, call of duty and gears of war 3 do) but what ELSE can he do that would do as much or more for his brain than video games? sports isnt an option and really not the same as video games are much more broad in how much thinking and decisions must be made, and its not a possibility as he got kicked off his basketball team. what else can simulate that type of though process?
he plays serious type multiplayer games, online with everyone around the world i guess. i guess its even a sport now called MLG with a pay out of 200,000 dollars per person
