What can I wear that is considered business casual?

I'm giving a speech at my school next Thursday and I'm going to the mall this weekend to get something to wear. My advisor said to wear something "business casual." Can someone please give me an example or picture of something that is considered business casual for a high school student?
 
1] nice blouse or T
2] dress pants or skirt
3] jacket [ doesn't have to match skirt, like a suit, but should coordinate well ] - back with gray, or gray with navy
4] nice flats or heels
