I have this really cute halter top that I want to wear to a house party for new years. It is red satin with large straps that tie around my neck. It is tight in the chest and then flows out, kind of like a baby-doll shirt. I want to wear something over it in case I get cold though. What can I wear over it that won't look stupid?
