The weather is really hot, and I'm looking for something I can use to clean, but more importantly to COOL OFF my face while at school. It needs to be something that doesn't need to be washed off. I was thinking of something that can be applied with a cottonball. I looked in the relevant isle at the store, but all the "toners" say to wash your face first, which is not something I can do. Does anyone know of a product that might work?
What can I use to clean and COOL OFF my face at school, without water?
