I went to two local supermarkets and could not find it.
Could I replace is with almond or vanilla extract? I mean I'm sure it would taste different...would it taste bad? almond peppermint chocolate cookies -__- or vanilla peppermint chocolate cookies..idk
well anyhoo do you feel as if the peppermint extract is super integral to the recipe? :C HELP!
