What can i put on my face to help fade scars and sun spots?

I used to have perfect completion, not any more :( and im only 22. Anyway i have a lot of pimple scars and redness from them that won't go away and sun spots. My face just looks red, brown and blotchy and have actually been breaking out more this year then any other.

Does Garnier skin renew work?

OR something else you could recommend?
