What can i put in my 21.3litre fish tank?

I was thinking small obviously as this is one of my smaller tanks!
The sort of thing i had in idea (not all of these just a selection or even just one type) Bloodfin Tetra, Croaking Tetra, Pearl Danio, Zebra Danio, White Cloud Mountain minnow and maybe some shrimps.

Oh yer the temperture of the tank is 20'C and i have two (though i think one is dead) tiger nitrite snails. The tank is completly fitted out and has been cycled as it has had guppies in which are now in a bigger tank as they are breeding fast!
 
Let's see, liters are for beer and ale, Cubic inches are for motors. So I could only answer your question if you put it in US or Aussie gallons.

Let's see, 2.2 pounds = 1 Kilo....so a liter is more than a Quart....2 quarts are a US gallon....21.3 divided by 2 would be about.....around 10 US gallons or 12 Aussie gallons, (Smaller than US), divided by 1 inch of fish per gallon. 10-1 inch fish or 1-10 inch fish.
And while you're at it 1 yard and 3 inches equals 1 meter. So you can convert that yourself.
 
That is a really small tank. I wud keep it uniform in that tank, say 5 small lemon tetras or sumthin similar. Dont mix species in a tank that small i think it wud b nicer to have a small shoal of the same fish
 
One betta (your choice of male or female), white cloud minnows, 2-3 ghost shrimp (have very small bioload and produce little waste), 2 african dwarf frogs. WIth some of these you could also have an apple snail.
