My mom just recently got Bell's Palsy, which is when a nerve gets blocked in the face in one side causing either the left or right side of the face to droop at the mouth and eye. You can google it. It's non life threatening but the effects are sometimes permanent. Other times they can last weeks, months or a year. She already has joint problems that makes her walk with a cane at an earlier than normal age that makes her self conscious. This is really bumming her out and she doesn't want to go out because she doesn't want people to stare at her face. I wanted to get her a little gift to cheer her up. Maybe something to say "you're still beautiful" or even "eff everyone else you look great". Any suggestions would be appreciated. Just looking for some outside input. Thanks
