what can i feed my fish?

im out of fish food ( flakes) in my fresh water tank what can i give them for a couple days till i get my $ and can get more. mostly swordtails/ couple guppies/1 shark.
i dont have cucumbers/zuchini and its ony for a few days 2 tops. freshwater fish. swordtails/guppies/shark
