What can i do ?

I have acne, but nothing seems to treat it. i cant take antibiotics because i cant swallow tablets. my spots arnt really spots, there red marks with bumps, there not white spots or blackheaRAB. i wanted to know if you could maybe give me some advice on what to do ?
please help

I have just joined today i no all about the suffering with acne.I have posted 2 messages overseas.I see you are in the uk i am in the northeast durham area.I found a cream about 2 years ago nothing at all to do with acne.Soft easy to use white cream used lightly will last more than a month.Causes no redness etc.no smell at all with this cream.Standard size tube available at chemist for about
