What can I do with my undergraduate degree in Physics (besides grad school)?

I am at Cornell studying physics and was wondering a couple of things. As of now I do not intend to go to grad school.

If I focus (not minor) in computer programming, would this be something that game developers such as UBIsoft or others desire?

Where can I go in the world of optics with this degree?

Technically it is a B.A. because I am in Arts and Sciences. I have the ability to switch into Engineering and complete Applied Engineering and Physics for a B.S. but the ONLY difference between the degrees are the breadth requirements I have to complete - Chemsitry vs a language, etc. Does this really matter that much? I would like to stay in A&S.
