I have receive a notification about the dispute case on paypal. Firstly, let me introduce myself, I'm Algie Picardal from the Philippines, the official virtual assistant of Pat Dockery, from the USA.
I work as an online freelancer since 2004. I meet Mr. Pat Dockery on a official bidding site http://www.freelancer.com on 02/25/2010 where I also work as an online freelancer doing different kind of "online" jobs. He opened a project with a title "Need Seller/Processor for Simple Job Earn $$" with url http://www.freelancer.com/projects/Data-Processing-Data-Entry/Need-Seller-Processor-for-Simple.html. The project was awarded to me on 02/27/2010 at 14:32 ES, Without knowing that his transaction on the net. What I am so afraid is that I have received a few funds from other people who's amount is like $700, $600 and so on..I earned a little commission on each transaction he have received through my email from $5 - $10. This is the first time that I have received a dispute case, now, I am asking for myself if the other funds from the other people opened another dispute case what I'm going to do?? I emailed Mr Pat Dockery and sent him an offline yesterday but they don't respond on me.
The dispute case I received is about an item that one of his client never received from the payment it was issued. The amount is $200 and it was deducted on my account on paypal. For now, I was confused because I never see the said item, I never touched it, nor see it. The $200 was automatically charged on my account without knowing the nature of their transaction. All of the transaction made by Mr dockery and his buyer/client was not told me. I just received funds and make payments without knowing what kind of deals they do.
When Mr Dockery hire me, he told me to add [email protected] to receive and make payments. But, all of the funds I receive and the payments I am not aware about. I ask him once where did the payments came from, and answered me that he do article writing from other people. I accept his job offer because he has a good feedbacks on freelancer.com. I never know what happens to him because he just disappear and his obligations was just passed on me. Its so hurt to pay a big amount of money that you never used or never do

I send an email on freelancer.com who's the person behind the account name of " "felise32" who's account url is http://www.freelancer.com/users/420405.html. As of now, I did not know what I'm going to do that all of his bad doing will be pointed to me. Online job is the only source of our income and through small fee I fed 6 children and send them to school. I need your help and I'm to give all the details about him including our chat transcript, emails and others. I'm not a rich person to pay such a big amount of money.
Can you please help me resolving this kind of dispute case im facing now? How I would defend myself because I was cheated and I will be remained victim here at the end. I want my money back because I work hard for my family not for others. Now, I am very sure that they are all laughing..Hope they can sleep well because one poor family is striving for foods and working just to live a good life steal hard earned money for 6 children who's hoping for little salary of their elder sister
I emailed paypal and it seems they are reviewing it until now...If in case they can't resolve it and all of Mr Dockery fraud will be pointed on me, is it okay to file a case on https://complaint.ic3.gov/ctf.aspx?
