What can I do with an engineering (mechanical) and an economics degree?

I'm currently doing a double degree of business and engineering. I've been at it for two years, though now I've got to decide on my business degree major (I already choose to do mechanical engineering). I originally planned to do an International Business degree, however I don't know if that'd be a practical degree which I could find work in. I am interested in economics, though I am just wondering how the two would work together (mech eng and economics). Any insight would be awesome.
