my daughter's daddy's sister in law posted and copyrighted pictures of my 2 year old daughter without permission from myself or her father. Is that legal? is there anything i can do? i do not want pictures of my daughter on this women's myspace much less with her name copyrighted to them, she has kids of her own but she use to have only pictures of my daughter on her page and none of her own, she was informed that i did not approve and removed them. now she has done this and i need to know what can be done. thanks to whoever can help.
