I have a guy that I am trying to put in and his packet is perfect except the day prior to going up on the floor he told me that something had happen when he was 14yrs old. He cannot remember what he exactly was charged with. But what he is coming up with is "Felony Bomb Threat". It was just a silly phone call that he made at his school. I ran the police check and Juvenile and nothing showed up. I am thinking I got to have a statement letter from the guy and a usarec 1037 with a better name for a charge like maybe "communicating threat. Now from here is this considered still a USAREC waiver? or what do I do with this?
