I'm trying to find out things I can do to stay emotionally healthy and physically healthy while having Bipolar II. I really don't want to take medicine for it becuase I know I'm not that bad, but I'm wondering what things I can in my daily routines to prevent stressors from being triggered and being exacerbated. And I mean, in terms of diet, exercise, vitamins or minerals, things like that. I want to live a healthy lifestyle, and I want my moods to be balanced.
And are there any sites out there that talk about this?
