What can I do to improve my photography? Any self portrait ideas?

I am running out of inspiration and I need some ideas and things...any tips would be cool.

Please don't be too harsh. I know I do a lot of self portraits but that's because I'm usually alone.

I need some ideas for self portraits mostly. any ideas?
