What can I do to improve my appearance and get to a healthier weight [pics

included] without sports? I have to be more comfortable with my weight for performing. I like singing and acting, and I'm uncomfortable with people touching me because of my insecurities. I'm not overweight, but I'm close. My relatives are constantly nagging me about my appearance. This guy told me I had a big butt. I don't like the size of my chest (36C). I have low energy. I stopped eating meat besides fish and poultry. I want to lose weight for me though. *I know I won't get skinny because of my structure, but I cannot get over 150 and I will be by the rate I'm going. Last year I was 136 lbs --10+ lbs each year.

I'm 5'6-7 and I weight a little under 150 lbs. I want to tone my tummy, arms, and thighs especially. And I feel like my neck is getting fat too. I'm going for the role of Maria for next fall's musical, so I want to be healthy and in shape.

I will eat salads, but then I lose interest and start craving something more filling and substantial. I stopped running because of my asthma and plus it rains where I live a lot (I got bored, but I could start again). School starts at 7:45 so I have to start getting ready at 6:30 to make the 7am bus. I have rehearsal every day after school until 5 to 6:30pm at the latest. I'm always exhausted and I haven't been able to do sports (tennis, basketball, gymnastics). I want to take dance, which would also help me with musicals. *Which type of dance would be the most beneficial?

I want to get to at least 130. So how fast can I lose 20 lbs and remain healthy? I eat healthy foods for the most part (no sodas, etc.) but I overeat at the end of the day and don't exercise. When I do, I overdo it. There's no consistency. Upper-body exercises have always been more difficult for me, but I have a lot of endurance when it comes to lower body strength and abs. I also have flexibility (still can do the splits)
I do eat whenever I can. I usually eat all of my lunch (apple, banana or orange, turkey sandwich) throughout the day before lunch period. I might have a Luna bar or a cereal bar too. *I'd rather have a smaller chest size at my age. It's easier to find shirts, swimsuits and dresses that fit better at the bust.
