what can i do to fix this HTML coding? im using photoshop and i could use dreaweaver...?

i have a screen shot that shows went wrong, if you want to see it email me [email protected]
the right side of the "picture" is forming steps down which throws off the whole picture. i know im not really explaining it well, but email me i'll send you a screenshot of it.
