What can I do to bring back the color of photos from 1968?

So you think that the original negatives would reprint with original color intensity? If anyone has some suggestions or some ideas for me to try I sure would like to hear about them. Thank you all in advance for your responses.

Go to Sears portrait studio. They do a wonderful job on old photos. Pretty fair on price to.

As long as the negatives have been kept in a cool, dry place away from light, you should be able to get excellent prints (of course the original shot must be in focus, well exposed and show no blur caused by camera movement).

UV light tends to cause the red layer of colour prints to fade overtime, leaving a just the blue and green layers showing .. thus the cyan look to old colour prints
