What can I do to add muscle and size to my chest and my arms?

What workouts should I be doing? I am a 18 y/o male and I weigh 150 lbs. I have a very toned body but I want to add more size. Specifically to my arms and chest. What workouts should I do? How much weights should I be lifting? What's effective in achieving this goal. Please help I need something that will work. I go to the gym, if u recommend anything.
