What can I do this summer to prepare for next year's high school classes?

I have the following courses next year:

AP English Language and Composition
AP Art History
Speech
AP Biology
AP American History
Trigonometry & Analytic Geometry

I want to prepare as much as I can, since I have all this free time. What can I do to prepare for these classes?
