i dnt have practice over this one week of spring break so as a sprinter wat should i do to train, practice, get faster, stronger...all that good stuff i kno week wont make that much of a diff but i still needa practice cuz this is my last year and wanna do the best i can!
evry day at practice varies like some days we work on footwork others are weight lifting days so what should i do?
