Ok we had one "terrific" case today. We lost the case because our lawyers really screwed us over. We had info that we wanted to share with the judge because we could've won by exposing Dad for the lying piece of crap that he really is. For example He admitted to adultery and Mom had proof from the medical records, but in court Dad denied that. The lawyers knew that he was lying but they failed to mention that to the judge. Instead they told Mom that they would've had to make a subpoena for the doctor in order to prove that, which really wasn't necessary because the doctor signed that document. Like I said the lawyers could've showed the judge the document but they chose not to. I already know about suing for malpractice, but I would like to know other possibilites. Is there anyway that we can contact the judge and reveal to him the incompetence of the lawyers?
Crud I didn't even think of that. Man that sucks. But the state bar sounds like a pretty good idea. Thanks.
