What can i do if t-mobile is refusing to send back a refund from service that was...

I try to order 2 phones from t-mobile on the 2/20/2009 and they send the first phone and said the second phone was back order so i call back and ask if i could order a new phone they said yes, i order the new phone and never got it so i call them and ask what was going on but no could give me any good answer so i return the first phone and got credit for the phone but up until today i have not been able to receive the credit for the plan every time i call they keep telling me they have mail me a check but on the 12 of April when i call the rep to me that the check when send to the wrong address on the 31 of March so he change the address and told me i was going to receive a check in 7 days but i never got it i call back and t-mobile is telling me i have to wait until the 30 of this month
And i just think this wrong because they had my right address the first time and send me a phone but this time around they send my check to the wrong address and i have to wait for 30 days because one of there rep made a mistake
want to know if there is anything i can do to make the pay for all the time the have lie and wasted my time
 
You have waited a few extra days to receive the check. You'll get the check by the 30th, at which point you need to move on with your life. It's really unclear from your post whether T-mobile was at fault or whether you canceled just because you got impatient, so be glad you haven't had to fight them to even let you out of your contract.

You can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). In my experience, this usually solves the issue.
