read the description well on the website. if it says its an authentic apple iphone then YOU MAYBE have a case but most of the time these websites are based in different countries that the courts in this country have no jurisdiction in

You cannot sue unless you've incurred damages. A website selling fake phones doesn't injure you unless you purchase something.
