I've moved to a new city from my old town and need to get a job. I'm only young and the only job I've had, they didn't like me very much 
. They didn't train my properly (at all really), berated me from my first day, and decreased my confidence but thats not the point. When I'm applying for jobs they are asking for the work reference but the only one I have to give would not give me a good reference. What do I do?
