After I stand for a few hours at work or go for a run, the arches of my feet ache pretty badly. I currently wear Nike shox. They seemed to be comfortable when I got them last year, but now they aren't. My feet are fairly flat... what is a good brand or type of shoe for this?
I was thinking about insoles but they tend to annoy me and fall out of the shoe.
Also, sometimes I get shin splints... at least the outside of my leg gets sore, whatever that means.
