I'm 16 years old and I hada report made one me for supposedly threatening this lady house. Let me tell yu her side. She is 40 years old and she has two daughters.WE have about 3 other girls on the block who didn't like them because of the things they were saying about us. Anyways this woman told police that I threatened to "torch" their house & that I threw eggs at it. I swearon life didnt do either. Then a month later she gathers everyone together and says that she is sorry & everyone should just put aside their differences. Then I asked her who told her I threatned to torch her house & she tells me that Patrick did. Patrick is my 17 year old mentally ill brother. He doesnt even now how to spell the word "torch". The egging, the people who di it confessed and it was these boys around the corner. She said she'd drop all the charges and she assured me they were dropped. 10 miutes ago I just got a fine in the mail for 429 dollars. I;m gunna be kicked out of my house. Idk what to do?
 
Your obviously not telling the whole story, that is not how the criminal justice system works. You dont report someone and then they mail that person a fine. They have to investigate. Then you will have to go to court. And theres also no way in hell you can get kicked out of your house for threatening a neighbor. Obviously your lyin
