Hi guys basically when i get ill i get really bad phlegm that makes me stop eating and stop drinking water which stops me from getting better, its really dark coloured and makes me feel like vomiting, so i went to my doctors a few months ago and he gave me anti biotics, but the thing is i had to take them for 2 week. and by that time even if i hadn't taken anti biotics which i never don't, it would of been better in the next 2 weeks so i don't see the point of taking them,
do you have any suggestions on what i should do?

One last thing, its like when i drink or eat. it feels like its going up to my nose (i don't really know how to explain it, it feels like its going all the way up from the holes that connect your mouth to your nose)
