Basically in April of this year I signed a phone contract with Sprint phone service. I added a cousin onto my phone account with Sprint. The person has not been paying their bill. So I put a restriction onto his phone line. I lifted the restriction but now he is saying he will not pay his side of the bill and will not pay to cancel his phone line with sprint. Since it is all in my name I am responsible for paying everything. I am a 19 yr old college student who stay with my parents. I work part time and I can not afford to pay close to $500 for my phone bill. Is there anything I can do with sprint? Also to sue him for small claims will cost too much. If you have any advice please answer.
