What can I do about my neighbours outdoor cat...?

Is there something I can put on my veranda so the cat will stay on his side? I don't want to harm the cat but I don't want my indoor cats to get fleas as you can bring them in from under your shoes. She comes on my veranda all the time and last summer, my cats got ear mites because of her. I can't talk to these people as they are crack heads and really don't care. I just don't want to have to pay vet bills for irresponsible people and I don't want my house full of fleas so if anyone would know what I can put on my veranda, it would be greatly appreciated.
I would love to take care of this cat but I already have 3 cats and I can't afford a 4th one otherwise I would! I can't start to have it treated every month. I love cats but this is not my responsability.
 
Get an air gun and pop it once or twice. But seriously, call your local animal control and let them know about your situation.
 
I know you hate to help them out but could you take their kitty to the vet and have it's shots and stuff. I had to take my neighbor's cat to be neutered. Sometimes it's cheaper to get preventative help for the cat than to fix what it gave your pet (and other pets). It's not the poor kitty's fault her owners don't care. You could call animal control to come for the cat but it would be better if you could find a no kill shelter for her to go to so she can found a proper home. We animal lovers are constantly battling the stupid people in the world.
 
take pity on this poor cat. i know it is annoying, but does this cat come over for food or affection? use a flea preventive on your cats, and even the neighbors cats. be kind and caring to the other cat, it needs help.
 
call animal control and they will come and set up some live traps and they will take the cats back to the shelter and if their owners care enough to get them back they will have to pay a fine. if not then they can go up for adoption and find a loving HOME
