I have been out on medical leave for 2 weeks and have 1 more week to go. I found out my supervisor has been talking about my medical leave with other emloyees. Saying things like, "If she cannot come back on light duty she should not beable to come back after May 14 on light duty. " She is planning on finding a new job when she graduates from college in November. I want "jane" now so I know I have someone." Can she talk about my medical leave with other employees or is this a violation of my privacy? Should I go to the boss higher up and discuss this with him. They are trying to force me back to work before I see my dr. on May 14 for clearance to go back to work. They even made me go see the workman's comp doctor and it is not a work related injury. Is this legal or should I call the department of labor or a lawyer?
